Takealot Watch Nightmare!! This needs to be sorted out ASAP

I, on the 29th of June bought a smart watch at Take A Lot and upon receipt got a malfunctioning watch. I went onto their website and did the whole exchange rocess with them. I was advised that the item is out of stock and my accont was rfunded with the cost of sale for which I bought the watch.

13th July, I ordered another one (different brand). It arrived today. This device too is not working. I am quite disappointed that I need to send this one back again and have to get another one (that might not work too). Are these devices not tested to heck the quality and if they are functional? I need a new, functional watch sent to me ASAP. And YOU ARE NOT GOING TO CHARGE ME ANOTHER DELIVERY FEE LIKE YOU DID FOR THE PREVIOUS EXCHANGE. CANTHIS PLEASE BE SORTED OUT ASAP!!! I AM NOT GOING TO WAIT FOR YOUR RIDICULOUS TURNAROUND TIMES WHEN THE INITIAL SALE WAS IN JUNE.
