Takealot wasting time to replace items damaged on their watch

I ordered a olives bucket and my husband wanted to collect today, but the box was damaged and the bucket broken and liquid ran out.Now Takealot wants the bucket returned first before replacing.The bucket was left at Walmer pick up point.Takealot damaged the item and should replace it asap.Nothing to inspect, just replace please order nr ***8
