Takealot waste my time...

Firstly I have to look up the help line number on Google because it's not on their website, after wasting 30 minutes on the website because surely you must have a helpline number on your actual website. Secondly my parcel went "missing" I will get a replacement in 8 days time but I have already waited 7 days and I need it now So I've had to buy it elsewhere but they can't refund me until the replacement is out for order. So they are going to courier something out of JHB (not in stock in CT) then I'm going to cancel so they'll probably courier it back.
