Takealot warranty service is pathetic.

Poor warranty service provided. Item bought was defective. I just needed that part replaced but they found a loophole to not to grant the warranty. I just got an email from them saying the warranty was rejected. I rep**** to the email explaining what i wanted was just the defective part replaced which was only used once and not working as it should. No response from them afterwards. They just came and delivered the item back to me. I buy products from them for my whole family as only i have an account. Not buying from them again. Rather buy from a shop that's reputable and keeps quality products.
