Takealot warranty scheme

I've been a takealot customer since there website has opened unfortunately I don't feel like I should use it again I've recently bought a product from them for my business the product is still under its one year warranty and has been giving issues I've requested for it to be picked up and repaired 4 time everytime I get a pick up date but they never show besides for my business standing I'm now always taking off to wait for them on the given dates I'm very upset and hope other realise that a takealot warranty is a scheme
