**** takealot warranty

I purchased a keyboard from takealot. I got the parcel and excited plugged it in, the keyboard turned out to be defective. The keyboard was exchanged. I got the replacement which seemed to work for just over a year, and again, the keyboard is defective. Let me add that this keyboard costs R6469. I got confirmation from the manufacturer that the keyboard is defective which i sent to takealot. Takealot has blatantly refused to refund or credit or exchange the product as the warranty expired on 13 February 2025 and will under no circumstances even consider it even after being supp**** with the confirmation that the product is defective. Incredibly disappointed.
