Takealot warehouse having problems, coffee machine disappears

Returned a faulty coffee machine to Takealot the first time on 11 July and again on 26 July for the same problem. This is now 31August and we have not received it back yet. Phillips said they have fixed it and Takealot somehow made the machine disappeared, nowhere to be found...this is not good news for warehouse handling
