Takealot warehouse delays

I don't understand how Takealot takes more than 3 days to get a local item that they have in stock ready for collection.

I have tried calling and asked if there is any other way to collect closer to the warehouse/pick up point(Montague Gardens) without the delay, but no joy!

Expected better service than this.
