Takealot vs PayFast query

On the 15th November 2023, I purchased a UPS power supply. I used the pay fast option to pay for the UPS. The purchase went through successfully as I had to accept the payment on my banking app. On the Takealot website it appeared that I did not make a payment so I paid again. I called my bank to confirm the eft and the bank confirmed it was made. I logged a call with Takealot, the agent helping me via email said its a pay fast problem and Takealot accounts department will log it with pay fast. I have sent through the eft confirmation to Takealot. The agent said they can't reached pay fast so I will have to have patience. Today is the 20th November 2023 I have not been refunded. The pay fast website explains how quick the process takes for a reversal, so I cant understand what's the delay.
