Takealot vouchers - why do they have an expiry date??

WHY DO VOUCHERS EXPIRE???

I am extremely dissatisfied with your policy regarding voucher expirations. It is unacceptable that a voucher, representing hard earned money that someone has spent gifting me, is rendered worthless due to an arbitrary expiration date. This policy feels exploitative and demonstrates an extreme lack of regard for your customers, even in times of desperate need. You guys are ****ming us. So R1000 must go to waste just like that? I did not have an opportunity to redeem the voucher on time. As a customer, I really expected better. This is an unfair **** of a practice.

You need to reconsider your stance and find a way to honor expired vouchers. Doing so would demonstrate that your company values its customers and their satisfaction.
