Takealot vouchers- no record

I made a significant purchase in December of 2024, as I was completing my order a R200 discount voucher popped up for future use on a purchase of R1000.00 or more. I neglected to take down the code assuming that it will be loaded onto my profile only to discover that it did not. I sent an email and was informed that they do not keep a record of these vouchers, which is hard to believe as I have always assumed that they are a very professional company. Needless to say, I have lost my voucher and did not receive any help and guess I must have dreamed it. I have now lost some of my trust in Takealot and are no longer as eager to order.
