Takealot voucher NOT WORKING

Just want to complain about the poor service from Takealot.com. I tried to use my voucher and did it read on their app that my voucher USED ALREADY. This is impossible as my voucher was unused. I contacted the Takealot centre and spoke to 4 agents. Upon sending my info to Takealot am still awaiting for my voucher to be sorted out. Terrible service. Reply to your customers as this is ****py swak service.Give me my new voucher Takealot...
