Takealot Voucher Deceit

I did a survey for Takealot on their TakealotMORE product. I received an email 2 days ago on 2 April 2025 to inform me that I was one of the lucky 100 winner that won a R1000 Takealot voucher. I redeemed the voucher on Takealot, only to see that it was R250 and not R1000. I lodged a query with them and received an answer this morning that the prize value is only R250 and not R1000. What a pathetic lot of nonsense. I have spent thousands at Takealot and they make millions. To inform a client that they had won a voucher for R1000 and then to turn around and say it was only R250, is beyond reprehensible. I will search for every possible social media outlet to name and shame them. That is the thanks you get for using Takealot. I will move my business elsewhere. Thanks for nothing Takealot!!!
