Takealot VIOLATION OF POPI ACT

Takealot violated my human right, by disclosing my personal information to a total stranger. They have breached the POPI act, and after making them aware of this, their management has ignored me. I have emailed and called numerous times, and spoken to their agents, it seems as if they just have no regard for a very sensitive right they have violated. I was contacted by a stranger, whom I never heard of before or met before, about a package that was delivered to me and want to collect. This person had my name, cell number, email and adress - which Takealot provided to them. Yes, you read correctly. The person sent me screen shots of the Takealot system with my personal information. The only way another customer could get this, is if an agent gave it. The sad part is, when I received the package I informed Takealot. I have received numerous messages from this stranger. It has been 4 weeks almost and Takealot keep on ignoring me. I am going ro report this to the department of justice and open a case of violation to my human right, that breaches the POPI act, by Takealot.
