Takealot victim of *****

Someone bought digital MTN airtime under my name and with my account details at Takealot So … Takealot lock my account and continue sending me emails that they have sent me a password reset email which I am unable to receive as my account is locked Each email takes 24 hours plus to reply to To change my email address I need to provide Takealot with information which can only be accessed from my locked account I have requested this be escalated but still wait for 24 hours for a reply and it is still kept at junior level with no help I am the victim not the *****ster
