Takealot very worst up to 4 weeks for return but still nothing

It been 4 week from pickup for a faulty camara and haven't get any news from them for refund on status it's only transit ro merchant. From the 29 Jan and until now the 15Feb no answer no replys nothing. Takealot must fall . Amazon is the best delivery fast and return take only 4days then it's refunded.
