Takealot very unprofessional and can do false advertising

In January I ordered 4 products because there was a promo going in late Jan early Feb if you rate any products you will be Guaranteed a voucher worth R50-R1000 in vouchers I rated all 4 got one voucher for 50..thinking I would get for the other 3 still waiting... I then sent a email to takealot the agent told me they are escalating but he closed my query and said my 50 rand voucher will be given back to me which that was not asked for I wanted my vouchers for the 3 products that was promised and the agent is not even glued up to what he was emailing.... I've always purchased through takealot but this is lying... I would like my 3 vouchers for the products I've rated that's it
