Takealot very slow compared with other companies.

I order from Takealot often. Lately I have found that even though I order 'in stock' items only, the order sits in their warehouse for 8 days before it is dispatched. I would expect 'in stock' items to be dispatched a lot sooner than that. It is not because of the rioting and looting of the past couple of weeks because this happened with my previous order which was prior to that. More irritating is that nowhere on their site are you provided with a phone number or even email address for an enquiry. Very disappointing service-I will think again before I order.
