Takealot - Very poor service

I have been a regular shopper with takealot for many years and cannot express my disappointment so far as the service of late. I purchased some fragrances as christmas gifts, only to receive something totally different to what was ordered. These were returned (with and exception as they don't take back fragrances), 3 items in one box but with 2 different invoice numbers. These were collected on the 4th January 2023. To date only one invoice has been credited, the other remains a mystery. I have been in contact with the customer service team on numerous occasions, but all I get is a generic response that they will follow up and get some form of answer. So I wait and now am at the point where I'm fed up. If you receive 3 items in the same box and credit 2 why is there a delay on the 3rd. Just unacceptable. Very poor service!!!
