TakeAlot Very Little Sense

Takealot might be good at delivery, but very bad at Customer service. They send me a totally wrong product (not even the same Brand), I'm 90% sure its a **** product too. Nearly burnt my house down. Would not do a return, just because of a 7 day clause (While I was on Holliday). ********* to say the least.
