Takealot — very disappointed!

At first I was super impressed with takealot but of late they’ve become slack. I paid for a fast order to be delivered today. The app said it would be delivered before 5pm. It never arrived. The app now says “insufficient address details” which is absolute nonsense. The driver didn’t even bother to call me if he was unsure of the block. Plus I’ve been trying to call them all day. This evening I sat on hold for 46min waiting for the call center to answer. I want a refund and they can keep their damn items. Very ****ed off!!
