Takealot Very Bad Delivery Experience - Order #***

I had a very bad delivery experience today, Order #***. I was called by the delivery man and told to come fetch my delivery outside, being very rude and short-off. I in the middle of meeting with HOD's and Directors. Normally the delivery will be drop of at reception, keep in mind the delivery is at a secure Business Park and it is not the first time there was countless times I had deliveries don't with no issues being drop at reception. I was forced to ask my Senior IT Tech to walk down and get it. This same delivery man gives the Tech such a hard time not telling him where his park or his location and at one point he put the phone down in his ear. By pure luck the Senior Tech spotted the take-a-lot van and got my purchase. Is this the sort of attitude we are getting from the delivery men then I will be taking my business elsewhere. Very rude and unprofessional.
