Takealot versus Ecodepot

I would like to give credit where credit is due. How can one better a company when they are good? Me personally, I can say you can't because with my experience Takealot is perfection itself. Compare it to Ecodepot, a wannabe online company who lies, ***** and always blame the couriers for their greed and mistakes. They take your money....the courier looses the parcel and they wont refund. At least with Takealot they take your money...within two days you get an SMS to say your parcel will be delivered before 5pm the next day.....the next day, in the morning, you get another SMS to say the parcel will now be delivered before 12am and it's always delivered on time!!
