TakeAlot using poor excuses, to get out of false advertising

I bought a charger from TakeAlot for my Samsung S10+ on the 1st of December 2025 and only received it, on the 12th of December 2025, eventhough im a TakeAlotMore subscriber. Pathetic hey?

Anyway, once it arrived here, i saw that both sides of the cable, are the same. Meaning, its not a charger cable. Its meant fir something else.

The description on the packaging states its a charger. But this is NOT what i received.

Obviously being Christmas time, i did not send the cables (x2 in the package i ordered) back right away.

So now, that im back from holiday, i have time to send it back.

TakeAlot now, is using the excuse of time-lapse being too long, for the period of sending an item back. How pathetic...?!

Shows you, that TakeAlot not only will bad-mouth other sellers like TEMU about their turnaround times etc, but they will also not honor business etiquette.

I would strongly suggest...the public taking their business elsewhere, where the seller still honors their valued customers.
