Takealot - useless delivery service -Port Elizabeth

Quick to place order & debit credit card.

Useless after service, received sms to say we were not home, twice, meanwhile , we are waiting all day , now 3 days for a delivery!!

Called 6 times , put on hold for over an hour, cut off & as pointed out in previous reviews below, customer service rep just hangs up!

First time I have ever ordered on Takealot site & will be the last !

Port Elizabeth courier company cannot be traced??? Even by the takealot team ?? So much for supporting local.

Never again!!
