Takealot useless customer service

A customer for many years, but time to move on. The service has become pathetic. The last couple of orders. 1 pen refill instead of the ordered 2, small dog bed instead of the medium ordered and paid for and now another order today could not deliver as I was supposedly not available. Well there was another takealot order just before no issue for the dog beds. No one tried to contact me. The attention to detail and customer service os pathetic.
