Takealot **** useless company an ass company

I bought a watch and a smart tv box, but the watch I got it's not working I wasted my money buying a smart watch that doesn't work doesn't switch on I want my money back I'm not happy with takealot plus the smart tv box was second hand someone else did use it and returned it I saw it the way it was package and it had someone's details on I plugged it I really need a refund.
