Takealot useless and never get to speak to a person!

I placed an order for 3 items online. They delivered 2 items only. Then they delivered one of the same items I had already received again twice after that! And I had to make arrangements to return the same item TWICE! Many emails back and forth with not even a person because it’s all automated and no one is assisting me!!! All I want is the product I paid for! And now they say I have no credit and can’t get a refund because “I” used the credit from the first return to now return the SAME DAM item again!!!! They just lost a customer!!!!!!!
