Takealot? Useless

Takealot seems to not care. I am reading all the reviews on here, but not any of the reviews have a single response from Takealot. as far as I am concerned, They like to supply broken items and we as consumers does not even get to properly choose what we want out if items are returned. All of their management hide and does not want to even take a call when asked to speak to management they hide. Supply broken products and then they want to decide for us as consumers what to do?
