TakeALot - Useless

We ordered (#***9) a parcel from Takealot on on July 22, 2020 and it was supposed to be delivered on August 03, 2020. I don't get any feedback on my queries logged with them and no one seems to care. This is the third and final order I will place with this company. On the first two orders we received the wrong parcels and then had to wait and beg and pray. Anyone else having the same issues with them?
