Takealot = USELESS!!!!
Where do I even begin. I received an order 2 weeks ago and 3 items were missing. Contacted customer service and in the past two weeks I have been passed onto multiple people and have gone through the same procedure 3 or 4 times only to have gotten NOWHERE!!! I am beyond FURIOUS - I still don’t have my missing items, or haven’t been credited or refunded - at this moment I feel as if takealot has ****** my money. Also the staff that are supposed to help you are useless and I feel like I am just wasting my time. VERY ANGRY AND DISGUSTED WITH TAKEALOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

11 Dec 2023, 18:29As a follow up post - Takealot still hasn’t resolved the matter. I keep getting told the same story “we are investigating” - IT’S BEEN 3 WEEKS!!!! My next step is laying a complaint with the Consumer Goods and Services Ombudsman. I have had enough now!
