Takealot - useless!!

I am receiving the worst service from Takealot! My parcel was suppose to be delivered on the 28th of November. They have rescheduled every single day and I am not allowed to collect the parcel. The consultants as well as the managers are useless, non of them seem to have the power to sort it out. If I hear the word escalate one more time, I might just faint!!! And speaking to someone higher is apparently asking too much. I am sooooo over Takealot!! :-(
