Takealot useless

I have been a long standing client of yours.I Bought a samsung 32 inch tv unboxed deal.Suppodidly this is quality checked.It is NOT.Received the monitor.Plugged it in at night.The tv is damaged beyond use.2 LARGE patches of dead pixels on the monitor.Logged the ticket on tuesday with the return address as my wife's working address.thursday received sms saying it will be collected on thursday.My wife was sick that day.Called takealot to change the pickup address as she wont be at work explaining this to takealot.they say it's fine.Nobody arrives on thursday.Call today to ask what happened.\Oh when you change the address the delivery is rescheduled\".Really?So I ask could I please change it back to my wife's working address?\"Sir that is the address wh have on record it has not been changed\"oh great news so can they just then today come pick up the tv at her work?No we cant schedule same day pickup on an address change...But you didn't change my address?yes we know so we will schedule pickup for the next 2 working days...so basically I HAVE ACHIEVED NOTHING EXCEPT WAIT 1 MORE WEEK FOR REFUND BECAUSE OF YOUR INABILITY TO PROCESS REQUESTS PROPERLY AND EXPLAIN PROPERLY...REF:RRN-de64-ab1e"
