Takealot ****** up of the year

My order was cancelled without notice, I have bought a dog bed which I waited 3 weeks for which was too small so I requested an exchange and would pay the additional amount COD, I waited another 2 weeks for the new bed and when it arrived it was sent to the wrong depot, then when I phoned takealot they said the courier does not accept COD which was fine, then I paid the outstanding via EFT and the bed still did not arrive.

When I phoned today I was told that my order was cancelled and I have been refunded on my account, but the only amount in my refund is the amount of the previous refund, my EFT amount has not been returned to my bank account or my takealot account.

Now I have to re-order and find out where the hell my EFT amount is.

Very unhelpful full and more red tape to jump through the Area 51.

So not happy right now
