takealot - *************, Empty promises, bad customer service 0% out of 100%

called in more than 3 times already for one order ********** 8, 1st call was advised that the driver is in my area he will deliver before 12 then i waiting hence i was supposed to left work at 12 but i waited for the delivery never came as advised or promised.

2nd call was advised that the driver is collecting the parcels he deliver to my location at around 12:30 which never happened.

3rd call was advised that the driver is no longer on my location he is far, already im late was supposed to be gone by 12 waited for nothing. i dont know whether you guys are taking me for granted or its disrespect.

4th call i asked to escalate the driver was advised that you guys dont have direct contact with the driver, that is not the response im looking for as a client you should make arrangements to get hold or give me the location of your drivers.

im so disappointed in your customer service, its very poor, bad horrible service!!! i dont think i cant refer takealot to any of my friends and family.

this is unprofessional you should be honest to clients at all times and stick to your word
