Takealot unresponsive to ****** products.

I have been buying from takealot since 2012 and have never had an experience like this and it has shocked me how unsupportive they are to customers, I purchased a product from them in November. On the date of delivery my wife and son were home to receive the parcel. We have had many deliveries to our home so most of the drivers knew us. While I was at work I checked the app and it showed that my parcel was delivered and signed for by me, not my wife. I called her and asked and she said nobody came. I called my neighbor who confirmed that nobody came to deliver. I had to work till late so contacted them the following day and was informed they would escalate it. I told them its obvious it was ******. They responded the following day by email that my parcel was apparently delivered to someone else mistakenly. At a completely different address in a neighborhood kilometers away from my house. When I asked them how it is possible that this stranger even signed for my package, I was told it would be investigated. And since December 3 I have been trying to get a response from them as to where my money is, as I am no longer interested in dealing with a company that supports *******. When I do get a response I am told they are still investigating. It has been a horribly frustrating time and a big disappointment as I used to use my ebucks to buy Christmas gifts for my kids from takealot for years.
