Takealot Unreliable

I use Takealot but they continue to disappoint. This morning at about 7.30am I had a daily deal item in my cart along with two other items but was still browsing their specials. When I went to the cart the daily deal item had been removed at the special price and trebled in price. Do they grab stuff from your cart whilst you are still online with them?? Last month I ordered 2 daily deals, paid for them, received their confirmation of order and payment and delivery date. When I went to track the order a day or two later only one of the items was being delivered and the other to follow sometime later, though the item was in stock. After a couple of days I received an update to say the item had being cancelled but I would receive a credit for it. It is infuriating that one cannot trust them, even if they take payment.
