Takealot Unprofessionalism

I have purchased 02 items from takealot, the other was delivered damaged and the other one was of very poor quality.

I returned back the items, however my return was declined by the company who on one statement indicated that their return policy is 30 days whilst the other email states that their return policy is 07 days.

I am requesting the company to refund me but they are reluctant to do so. Takealot is very disrespectful to me as a consumer.
