Takealot unprofessional service disappointment.

I have ordered an item. Twice they delivered the wrong item and wanted twice to refund me the cost of the item (while I specifically asked for the CORRECT ITEM REPLACEMENT) excluding delivery charges. I spent a lot of money at takealot over December and unfortunately the service leaves a lot to be desired. They now still have the item I wanted in stock but now wants to charge me more for it. After numerous calls and explanations I will now rather take my business elsewhere. Extremely annoyed and disappointed.
