Takealot unprofessional

My package was suppose to be delivered today 8 March. The driver failed to contact me upon delivery. When I spoke to customer services the first time they said the driver will contact me as soon as he is close. When I spoke to them the 3rd time they said the driver did try to contact me and failed to deliver. The driver did NOT try to contact me at all. When the customer lady tried to phone the driver she also could not get a hold of him. So now my package was not delivered as promised. And this is unacceptable and unprofessional. Not very happy
