Takealot unprofessional!!!

I order wipes and sanitizer on takealot. Paid a few Rand - I paid it through pay fast on 27 of July. Yesterday I got an email that stated if the payment doesn't reflect on the account on takealot my order will be canceled. I send proof of payment through and tonight I got an email that stated my order was canceled. The best part of everything - on the app it shows I paid the order via pay fast. But still my order got canceled???? I want my refund. This is totally unprofessional
