The unpredictability of when items will arrive is really making it difficult to order something that is needed within at least a week. I had an order that was held back for more than a month due to one item that was not in stock.

It was just a notebook, why not ask me if I don't want to reconsider buying the item or if it can be kept for me to go with my next order.
