Takealot unjust enrichment canceling items without communication

Takealot accepts payment for a full order and then cancels specific items without communication after confirming that the goods are ready for collection. This is unjust enrichment and poor customer service especially when ordering sets of items.

After querying takealot then sends you a pathetic email with no solution or alternative.

Absolutely disgusting , I will not be buying anything from them again.
