Takealot - Unhappy customer

I was going to move into my new home and was busy buying furniture and appliances in advance for the new home. 1 month in advance i also purchased a TV Unit and longer legs for the unit from TAKEALOT, when i did eventually move, i opened the TV Unit i found it looked as if it was a demo or had been used, it came with missing parts and not instructions on how to assemble the unit, when i did a return request they denied my return because according to their policy returns are accepted within 30 days, i did escalate the matter and i was then refunded for the legs and not the TV unit, every time i call the call centre i get told they will escalate the matter, the TV unit was dropped off at my house but the feedback on Takealot states i need to pickup the TV unit from a totally different depot. I am actually going in circles with this and not gettting any joy from Takealot. I do have a 1 year guarantee on the unit, how do i use that guarantee as i am stuck with pieces of chipboard. Please HELP!!!
