Takealot unhappy client

There lack of customer interaction is really concerning to experience as a client.my oder didnt arrive like it was supposed to so i went in help to request assistance with the delievery of my parcel and 6 hours lately only then i got a response .which stated that due to system issues my parcel will only be delieveredthe next day.next day now its 16h48 and ive been on hold for 10mins without speaking to anyone.your response time is poor and you need more staffing.
