Takealot unfair practices

We order 2 products, Sony replacement foam for earphones and a 16 piece spice rack instead we got baby products in our delivery. We tried to return the items but the ear foams were not returnable. We returned the full content of the incorrect package but we have been alerted that we only get one of our purchased items, is take a lot intentionally ****ming people with this method of returnable items?
