Takealot unexplained delivery delays

this should get -*** rating really...I have made an order (#***) 31 March 2022 was supposed to be delivered 13 April 2022 according to the app and now the order has been delayed again according to the app the delivery date has changed to 26 Apr 2022. No curtesy call or message to update me on what might be holding up my order.

I am deleting this app and wont be using this service ever again!!!! I am so irritated. The last time I placed an order (***) order was placed on 05 Mar 2022 and delivered 15 Mar 2022, where is the convenience really? I am so annoyed, I need an explanation of what is delaying my deliveries, I don't think consumers from other suburban areas are experiencing this ridiculous service.

This entity should not be doing business clearly...
