I bought a bed base storage unit, and after waiting for over a week they decided to cancel the order. When I called they said the unit got damaged. Now the unit cost R1500 more all of a sudden. Never got an option to replace the unit, they never gave me the option of refunding me. TAL decided to just give me store credit, How is that legal?
