Takealot uncaring business

I thought buying from takealot is nice until today, and it’s actually the second time this happens. I placed an order on the 14th of April and it was supposed to be delivered on the 20th of April till today the 6th of May it haven’t been delivered. I’ve been calling them with my airtime, the only thing I’ve been receiving from them is sorry for the delay and inconvenience. I asked one of them to cancel the order because it has been too long now she only said she can’t cancel the order, she’s gonna call the courier company and find out what is happening I told her that her colleagues have been doing that and I never got any response instead they mention a date when it will be delivered and still I don’t get my order on that date… it’s been long and dragging and they don’t understand how I am feeling for them to say sorry. I don’t know what to do now, I am never buying again from Takealot
