Takealot unavailable to answer for non existent delivery that I paid for

I never thought there'll be a day where I'll be on this platform complaining about takealot. So my delivery was scheduled for 11th August before 17h00.and I sat at home waiting the whole day, even missed important appointments that could have earned me income. And delivery did not arrive. Let alone at least a call or update on the takealot app. Worse part, I tried calling the *** number, and the answering machine just spoke about working hours being 7am to 10pm then my call was cut. I called 4 times already and the same has been happening. I'm so frustrated, upset and dissapointed. I mean at least there should be an update on the tracking platform, but now all I see is that I was supposed to receive the package yesterday and nothing else. Takealot must just tell us of they can't give us dignified service anymore, so that we can go to better places. I need to know what's happening with my package and I need it delivered today , otherwise just refund me my money then.
